How do I tell someone I like them?

I have a crush on this guy, he says we're BFF's Best friend's forever, but i like him more than that, he had a crush on me last year( i think)iv'e been told that from 2 people (Cristain and Margo) But they couldv'e played around, and he tells me he doesn't like anyone. I think he's lying. He keeps following me and when he can he wants to hang out with me, and he always talk an dplays around with me, sometimes throws erasers at me, and I saw on youtube vids that when a guy playfuly messes around with you it can be a sign he likes you. Should i tell him(Nick)I like him, and if so how, and when? HELP ME!

ive been through that when i was in highschool!! my husband did that to me alot!! i thought he liked me but i didnt know so i asked and weve been together ever sence!! i think you should ask him!! how old are you?

you should go up to him alone and then ask him out

I won\'t ask him out because if he doesn\'t like me i\'ll be more embarrassed cuz he\'ll regect me
